What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment cards, checks, and cash. If you require a purchase order or other arrangements, we can handle that during the consultation phase.
Do you guarantee your furniture?
New products come standard with the manufacturer’s warranty. If you’re not happy with the furniture provided, we will replace the piece free of charge.
What furniture do I need?

How much furniture do I need?
It depends on your space, and whether you’re planning to grow your business and build a team. We like to plan for the future. With this in mind, we’ll advise you on the type of furniture you need now, ensuring you choose items that are readily available. Is the installation process an additional cost or part of the total value?
Do you want your office set up right or do you want to spend hours doing it yourself? This is what our installation team does week in and week out. We identify the furniture you need, transport it to your premises, assemble it, and position it according to your floor plan designs. This is an additional cost but well worth the expense. If needed, we can also move plug points, but that will be scoped in at the beginning of the project. It’s just one way we make moving day easy and stress-free.
Can I exclude the floor plan design from the cost if I don’t need it?

What is a floor plan?
A floor plan is a carefully designed layout of your building and workspace. It shows the structure, doors, and furniture placement for the office drawn to scale to visualize workflow and safety before carrying out a project.
Do you accept a visual or measurements in lieu of a floor plan?
We accept whatever measurements you can give us, but a floor plan is best. We’ve found that mistakes do occur when measurements are taken, and this can result in purchasing furniture that is either too big or too small for the space provided. With a floor plan, we know that the space given is accurate.
